No Boundaries No Reservation is a team of three qualified professionals in the Houston area. Each partner provides a different expertise of their own in creating spectacular events and delicious food. Beatriz Monasterios specializes in event consulting and venue decor, as well as public relations. Her creativeness comes from her background of Interior Design. She operates an independent venture DesignAmerica and currently working on her BA in Interior Design at The Art Institute. As a child she learned to cook and was inspired by her mothers’ knowledge of international cuisine. Her passion for food has let her to build a partnership in creating with her sister Carolina and friend Claudia: “No Boundaries No Reservation.” Claudia Echeverria is our Executive chef, founder of Ginn’s Catering, from 2002 to 2006 maintained high end clientele in the Houston metro area as a Personal Chef. She has a degree in Culinary Arts and Catering and Restaurant Management from The International Culinary Schools, currently working on her degree in Public Relations and Marketing. Claudia has been a long time family friend to the Monasterios family and now is a business partner. She brings creative culinary envision and executes to each event detail.Carolina Monasterios is our Creative Director and works along with our Executive Chef. She came from the Child Care industry, as a former Assistant Director for a well known private academy. At a young age she earned her license in Child Care Education. After several years she moved toward her passion to express her innovative ideas in the food industry. Her knowledge of food also came from her mother, which was an exceptional cook. As a partner she brings her devotion for food and desire to succeed as a company.
