Always Floral

My daughter was very excited about her special bouquet. Very vivid colors and flowers nicely arranged. Sabrina was very patient and listened to what Carla wanted. I believe she createdthe perfect arrangements for the wedding. Prices and delivery service were reasonable. All in all. we were very happy.

My daughter found Always Floral after searching many vendors. Sabrina's website had a rose special that caught our attention (the low price!) We met with Sabrina at her house (which makes the meeting casual with no pressure) She asked what was my daughter vision-which the most important was high centerpieces. We were able to just rent tall vases which really helped! I did not want to buy any. With Sabrina's prices-we were able to get even more!! It was awesome! My daughter's bouquet was gorgeous-even the flower girls was matching!! She loved it! Although Sabrina could not personally deliver and set up the flowers the day of my daughter's wedding she had a very professional and reliable assistant, Tammy.

I recently used Always Floral for my wedding. Sabrina met with my fiance (now Husband) and I, she was extremely helpful in making suggestions that would allow our flowers to fit in our budget but still be the vision I had in my head. i gave her pictures and ideas of what I was really invisioning and she made them perfect. When the flowers were delivered to our venue i took one look at them and was completely impressed. They were exactly what I wanted, they were beautiful!! i would recommend Always Floral to anyone who is getting married and wants a quality product. I had met with several other florist before I met Sabrina. She had the best prices and we seem to click very well. She knew exactly what I wanted. After I had booked her I had read these reviews and I was a little nervous, but I shouldn't have been. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Whenever I emailed or called her she responded very quickly and was very personable. She was on time in delivering the flowers and even called me that day asked if I wanted some calla lillies, which I never requested she had extra and wanted to give them to me. All the flowers looked great. She did an awesome job. I would recommend her to anyone! She was great!!

Sabrina was the best. The bouquets were gorgeous but the centerpieces were amazing. I had so many compliments on the table arrangements. Sabrina was easy to work with and was very patient with us. We were not rushed and she explained everything to us. I would recommend Sabrina anytime.

She did absolutely awesome on all of the bouquets! Brought the flowers early to the wedding and they were gorgeous! I highly recommend her!

I can't tell you how beautiful my flowers were, they were exactly how I pictured they would be. I had my bouquet, five bridesmaids, the groom, five groomsman, three dads, two moms, two grandmas, one grandpa, 14 centerpieces, sign in table, gift table, and alter bouquet and they were all BEAUTIFUL!

You did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. They turned out more beautiful than i could have imagined. Everything about them was beautiful. I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work and let you know that the flowers were AMAZING!!

The flowers Sabrina did for our wedding were wonderful! We only looked at 3 other florists and they were double the price! Great Value! Would highly recommend

Sabrina was great to deal with and I would definitely recommend her. I chose my flowers about 8 months before my wedding and decided to change my bouquet and my husband's bouttoniere. She was great about it and it actually saved me money. Sabrina also did all of my decorations at the reception venue, which were my own ideas. She followed my directions and it worked out beautifully.My only issue was the time it took to get responses from her. It didn't bother me much because I was totally on top of my planning. But if I were not, I would have been annoyed. I have read other posts that mentioned how Sabrina was nasty, but I didn't get that. She was a bit snappy on my actual wedding day, but that was because the doors to the venue were not open and it was storming that day.All in all, Always Floral was great for me! My flowers were GORGEOUS and fresh - they were still pretty when we returned from our honeymoon. I understood that the floral business was her side job from the start. If you go into it knowing that, you should be good...

Let me say, coming into the wedding, I had no idea how much flowers cost. I should've done more research and met with more vendors to get comparative bids and ideas. I only met with Sabrina, and she sold me in our first meeting. She was very flexible because I couldn't make up my mind with certain aspects before signing the contract, and changed a few things after. She worked with my budget, and appeared to be very honest with the limitations of my budget. My ceremony florals were beautiful. My bouquet looked amazing, as well as my bridesmaids bouquets, the corsages, and boutinierres. I went very simple in the church with just one large white altar arrangement. We were only at the church for the 20 minute service, so I didn't want to waste my budget there. For my centerpieces, I wanted fall colors. We had originally talked about roses, a few lilies, 2-3 small daisies to add some color (which I made it very clear I didn't like daisies, but understood they were really cheap), and a few larger flowers to take up space. She also suggested the little neon green pom-poms to add some pop. We talked a few times after signing the contract. She double checked on the few things I wasn't sure on (bridesmaids bouquet colors, as well as the corsages and boutinierres, and the number of centerpieces). She never once called about problems with ordering the flowers we had discussed. When I went to the reception hall to pick up the bouquets, I was slightly disappointed with the centerpieces. There was a majority of large daisies, 2-3 roses, several of the green pom-poms, and nothing else. I told her that that was more daisies than we had discussed, and she said the other flowers were to expensive, so she went with the daisies to cut costs. She never called me to okay that, or hinted at that when we talked a few days before. She said everything was fine. But, with all that said, the centerpieces were beautiful. The colors were what I asked for and wanted, and the green pom-poms added a little extra. If I were to go through the process again, I would've gotten a few more estimates, and talked with other florists about other options for a smaller budget. Although, my budget was 10% of my total budget, which I didn't think was that bad.

The flowers looked great and she had them at the club in a timely manner. The only negative is that I was unable to reach her the week before my wedding and she waited until the night before (during my rehersal dinner) to confirm my order.

I first sought out Always Floral and Sabrina's services on the recommendation of my venue. Her prices seemed reasonable, so I thought she was a great option. I met her at the bridal extravaganza over the summer and was further impressed with her friendliness and her samples. I gave her pictures of what I wanted at that time and asked that she send me a quote. She sent me pricing based on all of my needs and I decided to use her services. From that point on she was extremely difficult to correspond with. I would send emails and I would have to resend them because she would not respond. And, even then it would take days for a response. I chose to communicate via email so that I had a written record of all of our correspondence. As the wedding got closer I went to meet with her to go over final details. It was only at that point that I realized she did not actually have a store front. We met at her house. And, she asked me to bring my pictures again because she had misplaced the ones I gave her before. When we met she asked if I was providing the vases for the centerpieces and I told her that had never been our agreement. She told me she could not do what I wanted for the price she had quoted. I was very disappointed, but chose to move on. We went over colors for flowers, corsages, set up times, etc. She told me the times she wanted to set up and I said that was fine.The day of wedding arrived and Sabrina set up at the church prior to our arrival (which was the plan all along). She called my cell and was nasty to my friend when she learned we weren't due to arrive for another 15 minutes. When I arrived at the church I was almost in tears because the MIL corsage was the wrong color and the bridesmaid bouquets were wilty with pink roses that had brown edges. My awesome bridesmaids found water to put them in to try and perk them up and they peeled as many of the brown petals off. Obviously there was nothing I could do about the wrong color corsage at that point. I will say that my bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I hoped for.I was worried that when we got to the reception my centerpieces were going to be just as bad. But, the centerpieces were actually quite beautiful and she had gone out and gotten nice vases. I was very pleased until I saw the flowers she used on my cake. I asked for pink and she did tell me that there was a possibility of white. Well, she went with the white hydrangeas which actually looked green for some reason. Needless to say I felt the look of my cake was ruined.I contacted Sabrina when I got back from my honeymoon to go over everything. She was very nasty at that point and told me that her company took no responsibility once flowers had been dropped off. She did ever so kindly offer to refund the money for the one corsage if I provided photographic proof that it was the wrong color. Don't you think she should remember that she didn't make a single corsage in a color other than pink (my MIL had wanted white)? Her parting words to me were to go and call another vendor.I do believe she has some talent, but her professionalism is sincerely lacking. I would not recommend her at all unless you are willing to take a huge gamble.

Sabrina was not as professional as I would have liked. I didn't even receive a receipt when I made my final payment. The flower arrangement were nice but the white and light pink roses were not fresh and I had order fresh flowers. They looked wilted and discolored. After my ceremony, my bridal party and I went to take pictures outside and the heat caused the flowers to get more discolored and wilt. I was never told that the houston heat may do this. and I followed up with her after my wedding to find out why the flowers were fresh and her response was: "no flowers are perfect, if you wanted perfect flowers you should have gone with silk flowers." and no apologly was received.
