My fiance and I looked all over the place for good bands that did not cost a fortune! Backbeat was very responsive at first and let us come over to hear them rehearse before making a decision. Unfortunately they were not always as easy to get a hold of, but most of them are doctors by day, so I understand that. The most impressive part about this band is their playlist. They have so many great songs to choose from--all styles and genres, which is hard to find! They even learned a new song to play just for our reception! I thought they were very professional and did a great job announcing us and staying on schedule. I would definitely hire them again if I get the opportunity!

Hiring Backbeat was one of the best decisions I made in all of my wedding planning. This team is professional, super talented, knows how to work with and respond to a crowd, and they are unbelievably nice, and the absolute best value we found in east Texas bar none. The were flexible, kind, friendly, did great announcements for us with no problem at all, and even when our wedding timeline was thrown off by about 45 minutes and we had to change around all the events they kept right on track without missing a beat. We got more compliments on the music than any other part of the wedding, and our guests loved the music so much we couldn't get them off the dance floor to cut the cake! It was a blast.
