Dave & Bonnye Barron are magnificent photographers. I had a difficult task of living in Dallas and planning a wedding in Galveston. I was hesitant with getting just any photographer, knowing that my wedding pictures last for a lifetime. When I saw a bridal portrait, taken by Barron & Barron, in Island Flowers, I just had to know who the photographer was. Connie raved about Barron & Barron and I knew I had to book them! Luckily, they were available – as my wedding was only 6 months away! Dave and Bonnye were so kind and warm from the first time we spoke. They really took the time to determine my style, personality, and needs. They were very willing and capable to work with my hectic schedule and me. So, we booked my bridals! Hotel Galvez offered a beautiful background and they knew that venue like the back of their hand! I never felt rushed and enjoyed every minute of the bridal portrait session. And the results, oh my…my bridal portraits were absolutely magnificent. We decided to order two prints, in the largest size – of course everything has to be big and elaborate on the wedding day! Dave was so kind to work with my mother and I and our separate needs, as I wanted a black frame –out of stock, and my mother wanted a brown frame – in stock. He was able to get the pictures printed and framed before the wedding! He was amazing! Now for the wedding day…they arrived right on schedule and worked their behinds off! Bonnye was even four months pregnant! Now if that doesn’t exude commitment, I’m not sure what does. The pictures turned our amazing. And as they all say, they day did fly by. However, I had two remarkable photographers that were able to capture every second of my fairytale wedding. Dave & Bonnye are amazing. I wouldn’t have had my wedding day captured any other way. 10.30.10

Dave and Bonnye Barron were absolutely amazing... My husband and I are from North Central Texas and chose the task of having a destination wedding in Galveston. Dave and Bonnye made things really easy for us. We first met them at the Bridal Expo in Galveston and the two were very professional and eager to answer all of our questions. After we booked Barron & Barron, my husband and I felt a sense of peace knowing that all of our pictures during this special time in our lives were in good hands. We could not have asked for a better engagement session. Dave spent about 3 hours with us, walking the streets of Galveston and taking a variety of pictures. He made the day exciting and fun and knew exactly how to make us take the perfect picture. The Barron's also made our wedding day stress-free and knew exactly how to interact with our friends and family to capture perfect memories. Even though our wedding day seemed to "fly by", we will always have our beautiful pictures from Barron & Barron to look at and to remember the best day of our lives. Dave and Bonnye are very personable and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Barron & Barron Photography to anyone!

I used Barron & Barron for our wedding. We had a ceremony on one day and the reception on another day and they were extremely flexible and accommodating. They were fun and creative and our pictures are absolutely stunning. I loved working with them and recommend them every chance I get. I fully plan on using them again for their other photography services. They created a slide show for us of the ceremony to be played at the reception which was absolutely stunning and their ad on their facebook page of our wedding was also AMAZING! I have received nothing but compliments on our pictures and LOVED working with this husband and wife team :) My only regret is that we don't get the rights to our pictures and there isn't an option to purchase those rights. But we did get the rights to the slide show so at least I can put that on our computer.

Barron and Barron do really creative, modern work and managed to capture each moment of my wedding in a unique way. They are very willing to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want, and took all of my requests seriously. One of the best things about them is that they go above and beyond to get everything possible out of your photo-shoot/wedding- their passion for their work was very obvious. Instead of the old-school, stiff wedding album you will get a work of art- beautiful, emotional, and unlike any one else's! I LOVE my album, and I get so many compliments on it. It's worth the money!
