Briskhouse Bridal is a wonderful store. Everythig was great and was ordered and came in ahead of schedule. They then gave me tons of information and ideas on moving forward... the salon was a great experience AND they charge less in sales tax as they are not in HOuston!! Bonus!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about brick hours so I would like to share the good instead. I stumbled on this store while on a business trip to Houston which my mother had accompanied me to. I had had no luck in my home town while dress shopping and my mother suggested we look while we were in the area. Unlike other stores that I had visited they actually let me look at dresses on the rack and pick my favorites. My consultant added a few that she thought had similar feels but did not push me to try on anything that was outside of my comfort zone. My consultant was enthusiastic and reassuring while being a friendly voice pointing out the god and bad of every dress. She remind me to see how it felt sitting, or could I dance in it. I love my dress and she was key in helping me find it The price was fair, my dress came in early and it was shipped to me in new Mexico with no problems Brick house made finding a dress I love easy and fun! All I have to say is WOW! My experience with Brickhouse was AWESOME. I am a little bit of a bigger girl, and the idea of going to a boutique to find my dress made me really nervous that all they would have was size 2's or 0's. Boy, was I wrong. When working with Casey, she asked me to pick out a few dresses I liked and then we went to town! She pulled EVERYTHING and there was surprisingly a lot of selection in my size. She made me feel beautiful, and was very responsive to what I wanted, not just trying to put a dress on me because it was more expensive. After two consultations, I picked my dress at Brickhouse and couldn't have been more excited. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. They know that buying your dress is the biggest step in the wedding process, and they make sure you are well taken care of.

The staff was amazing and patient and made me feel like a princess.

My mom and I had a special weekend of wedding dress shopping-- I thought it'd be magical... and I left all the stores confused and thinking I had found "the dress". Friday, our last appointment was with Brickhouse and all the dresses were so pretty and they let you try on anything, which was so fun!! I left Friday thinking about a dress at every store but was really confused I thought I'd "just know" like they do on the shows... After a Saturday morning at a"high end shop in downtown Houston, I couldn't get Brickhouse out of my head. We called them, they remembered us and Starla the owner worked with us personally because she remembered us from the day before, we were in a closet too-- I found my dress and they were wonderful! Thank you Starla and the ladies of Brickhouse Bridal for making our dress shopping experience the magic we had hoped for!

Loved my dress! The fit was perfect and so was the quality. Also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from there as well. Easy to contact during the process.

I was excited when I found my dress! My salesperson was wonderful to inform me of a trunk show that was taking place a few weeks after I found my dress, and even recommended I wait until then to order my dress to receive an additional discount.

The service we received during our appointment was great. They made us feel like the most important person in the store. We chose the dresses to try on and then asked our consultant what she would recommend. She pulled a dress for us and that was the wedding dress my daughter purchased. The dress came in on time and just as promised. A great place to buy your wedding dress!

This is a really good store to check out for your bridal gown. Really good selection of dresses and accessories. Igot my gown here as well as my bracelet and flower hair piece. Things take awhile to come in, you have to order everything. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time. My consultant was great. Keep in mind though that the dresses you try on in the store are stretched a little so your gown maybe a tad smaller. GreAt selection of gowns!

I found the most gorgeous dress here!! They had a huge selection, you did not feel pressured, and everyone there is so helpful and friendly! It was wonderful to be able to pick what you wanted to try on and feel like a princess!

This place has a great selection of wedding dresses & also great customer service. On my first visit, even though I didn't have an appointment, I was immediately welcomed as a walk-in and treated very well by the staff. And although I found my dream dress at a more expensive salon across town, Brickhouse was gracious enough to order it for me so that I could stay close to home. Can't get any better than that. I was happy to give them my business since they were so nice to me.

I had such an amazing experience at Brickhouse Bridal. I of course also checked out David's Bridal but that felt so much like walking into a department store to buy the most important dress of your life. I eventually returned to Brickhouse Bridal to purchase the first dress I tried on. All of the staff at Brickhouse are so friendly, and the setting just makes the bridal dress trying on session feel so intimate and special. They gave me one-on-one attention throughout the whole thing. They even gave me pearl earrings the day I bought my dress so that I wouldn't leave the store empty-handed since it took 3 months for my dress to arrive. You get a nice discount if you purchase a dress the day of your consultation, too. The price was extremely reasonable I thought for my dress. Would recommend every Woodlands bride go here!

Brickhouse was my first stop on my wedding dress search. I had heard great things and knew a few girls who had found their dresses there. My consultant, Candace, was a bride's dream. The second she greeted me she took one look at what I was wearing and said "I have something I want to see on you" and went and picked out the EXACT belt that I had been picturing myself in since I got engaged. She was really attentive and really listened to what I wanted in my dress. She found some great dresses within my budget that were absolutely stunning, one of which was "the dress" that we added the belt to and it was just perfect. I felt so beautiful and couldn't take it off. Overall Brickhouse was really accommodating to us- I had 6 people with me trying on dresses and they were able to seat everyone. They offered us mimosas/drinks to sip on, and the atmosphere was really relaxed the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy at all. They have a huge selection of dresses and lots of trunk shows at the store. One of my bridesmaids ended up finding her wedding dress there as well. They're the best choice in Houston!

I received great customer service when I went to try on wedding dresses the first time, it was an absolutely lovely moment for me and my family. They offer great prices. They are also patient and very flexible. For instance, I had my bridal photo shoot scheduled and my veil had not arrived by then, they kindly offered that I borrow theirs. It turned out great! My bridal portraits came out beautiful by the way! - By the way we used this photographer CivicPhotos.com, they have a page and good reviews here on weddingwire.

We had a great experience at brickhouse bridal. They were wonderful to work with and helped me pick out my perfect dress. We went twice to try on dresses and both times we found everyone to be very helpful. They also responded via e-mail a few times answering questions I had. The week before the wedding, I needed to have my dress steamed and their price was reasonable and they working within my short time frame.

Brickhouse Bridal was my first and only stop while looking for my dress. I only had to try on a few dresses before the girl helping me knew exactly what would look best on me. She was not pushy, nor did she throw tons of choices on me. She just silently slipped me a few dresses that would look best on my body type. The second one she picked was the it!

Brickhouse Bridal had the greatest selection of wedding gowns out of the places I went to. The consultants were friendly and professional. They provided great advice and suggested gowns that would flatter my body style. The dress came in quicker than I expected and everything was perfect.
