This place is top knotch! Fantastic personalities and such a beautiful venue. They made us really enjoy our day and I thank them so much for that!

This venue was amazing! I would recommend this place to any bride who like myself, has a million other things to do besides planning every minute detail of a wedding. (No offense to you ladies who put in the time and effort to make sure your special day goes off without a hitch, but as a full-time student, part-time teacher, I barely have time to properly feed and clothe myself.) Amanda and Janice and everyone else at Butler's took care of everything. They are super flexible and the options they offer can suit any taste or budget. The space is perfect for anyone who likes a vintage/rustic feel, but it's also subtly elegant. The absolute best thing about Butler's is that depending on how you choose to compile your package, everything is included, with the exception of a photographer and officiant. This was a lifesaver! One of my main concerns once the afterglow of being newly engaged wore off was having to run all over Houston like a woman possessed looking for various vendors. Getting married at Butler's solved that problem. All in all, the staff ensured that I had a wonderful experience, my wedding was beautiful and my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves, which in the end is all that matters.

My wedding was beautiful to say the least. There was not one thing that I could complain about. The staff at Butler's tend to your every need. Your guests feel at home in the atmosphere. The vendors you work with through Butler's are helpful and fantastic. I highly recommend Butler's.

I fell in love with the Butler's Courtyard in League City when I first saw it at the Bridal Extravaganza in Houston, and I was hooked from the moment we walked in. They took impeccable care of me, my groom, and our families throughout the planning process. Our friends are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was and how much fun they had. We were able to stay at the facility the whole day to get ready (I had over 10 people getting hair and make up done!), and it was so relaxing, comfortable, and FUN! Butler's Courtyard made our wedding the BEST day of our lives, and I do not have enough wonderful things to say about the facility and the staff! They have weddings down to an art and a science, they will take AMAZING care of you, and your wedding will be stress-free. What could be better?

Janice, Nancy, and Amanda were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating and willing to let us do what we wanted to personalize our wedding. The day was perfect and everything was flawless. I am so grateful that I chose Butler's Courtyard!

It was an AMAZING experience it was for me to get married at Butler's Courtyard! Nancy handled everything so well and it really was so easy. All my friends and family were so impressed with the staff and the facility. They made me feel like I was the one and only wedding they have ever done, like I was really special, and not just one of many brides who they see every week. Butler's Courtyard was the most beautiful, special, and intimate place to get married! They thought of absolutely everything and were so willing to work with us to tailor the wedding and reception to our personalities and preferences! Even though they are very busy, they made me feel like I was the only bride they were concerned about. They were willing to answer any and all questions I had (and I had a lot!), and they were so full of resources, preferred vendors, and suggestions that I hardly had anything to to do myself! We only had a 3 month engagement, so it meant a lot to have a venue that worked with us and took care of us so well! The place was absolutely perfect and beautiful- even outside in August! Everything ran smoothly- my friends said I was the calmest bride they had ever seen, and it was because Janice and Amanda handled everything and I had nothing to worry about! We got so many compliments about the venue, and I am so glad we chose Butler's Courtyard!

Nancy and Janice are old family friends but they treat ALL their brides like family! Butlers courtyard is AMAZING! They have lots of different packages depending on what you want and what menu you would like. They were very affordable and worth every penny! Their prices include pretty much everything, including peace of mind. Janice and Nancy are so wonderful. They handle everything involved in your reception (and ceremony is you choose to have it there) for you and they do a great job making sure that no one messes with you or your special day. They're like protective momma bears over their brides! The setting of Butlers is beautiful, rustic, outdoors and indoors, and does not need decorating whatsoever! It's so exquisite on it's own. Book with Butlers! You will definitely not regret it! Your bridal stress level will thank you!

We had a great time at Butler's Courtyard. Till this day we still get complements from our guest saying how much fun they had and how beautiful Butler's is. We were all satisfied by the service from the professional staff, food, cake, DJ Mark, and of course the great job from Janice. If you really want to have a stress free wedding day this is the place to go with. Butler's has a great team and we highly recommend this venue.

From the moment I drove up to take a tour, to the moment I stepped into my limo, to 6 months after our wedding, BOTH women, Janice and Nancy were like my extra mommies to help with arranging my Magical day. No question was left unanswered, and I never once felt over whelmed because both women helped me to have full confidence in them and left me with ABSOLUTELY no worries. I have recommended my friends and family to have social events there and they haven't had any issues either. Once you're a Butlers Courtyard Bride you'll never want to leave. OH, did I mention they allowed my "baby" (120 lb doberman) to come and share the special day with our family. That meant a wole lot to my husband and me. SO, all in all, if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't make any changes. Butler's Courtyard gives you all the attention you need. So, if you're looking for a perfect wedding venu this is THE place.

The total experience provided by Janice and her team at Butler's Courtyard was everything we could have ever wanted! Not only did our event take place with four months of planning, but the staff helped execute our vision flawlessly! Organization was what we needed, and we recieved it and then some!! The veune is romantic and the staff made us feel loved and welcomed that we didn't want to leave!! Thank you so much for giving us the wedding we dreamed of!!

Butlers was wonderful, and really made the whole process of planning and executing a wedding as stress-free as possible. Janice was very understanding, lots of good tips and advice, and so helpful on the actual day. The use of Rose Cottage was unique, and eliminated a lot of the stress about dressing, driving, etc., and the pictures in front of the Christmas decorations were so special. Can't recommend it more highly.

I could not have asked for a better Venue for my wedding day. Butler's Courtyard was AMAZING in every aspect. Everyone always told me that nothing will be perfect but my wedding WAS PERFECT. Butler's is AMAZING. I thought planning a wedding from San Antonio would be extremely difficult, but with the packages available it made it simple. Their preferred vendors helped with the search and they made me feel like planning a wedding was too easy. I even had my meal catered by Red River BBQ, which was exactly what I wanted. They really do live to help others with their dream day. The ability to get ready at the Rose Cottage is amazing, and it is extremely helpful to be able to have everyone come and help you get ready. Not to mention you can bring the necessities for mimosas into the cottage. It was a stress free day! I could not think Nancy enough for her help on the wedding day. Permanent stain lipstick got on my dress an hour before we were to leave for the church. She was a savior and scrubbed on my dress with oxy clean for 45 minutes to get it out. AMAZING!!!! I do not know what we would have done without her. She saved the day!

AMAZING!!! Janice was the coordinator for our wedding, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was perfect, and there was only one small mishap with flowers missing from my cake, and she got it fixed before I even saw it. They were so flexible and reasonably priced. Most of my firends have gotten married for double what we paid, and to this day folks who were at both, state our wedding was the most beautiful and the most fun! I had no idea where I was supposed to be or what I should be doing, and they just told me where to be when I needed to be there for the dances, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, etc. I would have been lost without them!! Best venue ever!

When my daughter and I began to look for a venue in the Galveston/Houston area, we initially were looking at other sites; my son and daughter-in-law had a wonderful wedding at Butler's Courtyard 4 years ago and my daughter felt a different location would help distinguish her wedding from theirs. However, as we looked, we kept comparing the other places to our earlier experience at Butler's. As we narrowed our choices and toured the sites with the groom, we instantly all knew that Butler's was definitely the right choice for their wedding. Every aspect of Butler's is exceptioinal. The atmosphere is warm and elegant. All areas are beautifully decorated and the landscaping is lovely. This is the only place we saw that has a cottage for the girls AND a place for the guys to spend the wedding day relaxing and getting ready. Janice and the staff are wonderful; we even had guests comment on how impressed they were with the staff. Their expertise and advice were invaluable throughout the planning. Their attention and oversight to all the details on the wedding day removed the stress and worry about achieving our version of the perfect day, allowing us to enjoy every special moment. Also their prices are competitive which made it easy to stay within our budget. We paid for the reception to go an extra hour, which I highly recommend; everyone was having too much fun dancing to leave after 4 hours! The caterer, Jula the cake baker, and the DJ that are included with the venue were also great and easy to work with. The food was delicious, the cake was beautiful and yummy, and the DJ's mix kept everyone on the dance floor. Their list of preferred vendors was very helpful for selecting a florist (we used Dream Bouquet-gorgeous flowers) and photographers (OMC Studios- they perfectly captured the beauty of the bride and the joy of the day). And my daughter's concern that her wedding would be seem like her brother's because of the same location was unfounded; hers was beautifully and uniquely her own.

My wedding was like a fairy tale. Thanks to Nancy and Janice. Everything was planned and prepared. Everyone was professional and pleasant making us comfortable. It was absolutely perfect. Butler's Courtyard gave us the most memorable, amazing wedding ever. The entire planning process and "production" was completely stress-free. Things I mentioned once became reality on my wedding day. My family and friends can't stop telling me what an amazing wedding we had. Butler's Courtyard was the only place that created an entire wedding day for the Bride & the Groom. We had our own houses to get ready and relax in before the ceremony. Every other venue I looked at offered a Bridal dressing room and a men's restroom or I had to get ready somewhere else and show up in a car. My other married friends wish they had used a full-service venue. I didn't have a million people coming to ask me qestions all day, I actually got to enjoy my wedding day. And I enjoyed it tremendously because of Butler's Courtyard.

When we began to plan our wedding, we were very nervous about a few things -- how much everything was going to cost, how we were going to pull everything together (not knowing much about event planning), and how to personalize our ceremony and reception. By a stroke of sheer luck, we found Butler's Courtyard and fell in love with the venue and the team there. Over the months of planning with Janice, all of our fears went away, as we realized that they weren't trying to price gouge us, they knew exactly how to pull everything together, and they welcomed our ideas and decisions to make everything suit us as a couple. I've heard absolute horror stories from brides about their wedding days, but I've got zero complaints about mine. It was absolutely perfect and drama free, and that has everything to do with our choice of location. Butler's Courtyard lets the bridal party spend the whole day onsite, getting ready and relaxing, and when it's time for the reception, you'll find that your guests feel at home and want to stay and hang out with you rather than rushing home. Can't say enough great things about Butler's Courtyard!
