Campbell's Catering

Hands down, Courtney was our most flexible and accommodating vendor. She offered 100% menu customization and was really willing to work with us. She provides couples with a complete tasting session, which is helpful in finalizing the menu. She was punctual and flawlessly catered our reception. Not one issue arose! She always responded to emails in a timely fashion, usually no more than 2 or 3 business days. Courtney's personality is also fabulous - she was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Campbell's catered our 10/23/10 wedding. At the very beginning, I was unsure of our choice. I felt very pressured to sign a contract with Campbell's after our initial meeting. I got an email the day after the meeting saying that someone else was interested in the date and that we had 3 days to decide whether we wanted to use their services or not. Being the skeptic that I am, I wasn't sure if this was just a line to get us to sign (especially considering that not even a week after we signed, she was offering a 10% discount to all brides, which we did not get to take advantage of), but we went with our gut and put down the deposit. As far as responsiveness goes, Courtney isn't the quickest to respond to emails. And this may sound weird, but she comes off kind of 'short,' almost rude, in her emails, but in person she is the nicest person. I think sometimes in email communications, her professionalism comes off as being a little cold, but again, when you meet her in person she is bubbly and very eager to please. The weeks before the wedding were so hectic for me and I was making changes with the head count frequently. Courtney was very understanding about the changes and would just send out new invoices/estimates with all of our changes. And now to the most important part: the FOOD! Everyone raved about the food. We did stations at the wedding and had beef tenderloin, salmon, potato bar, and a veggie bar. Hands down, the potato bar was the star of the show. Everyone was going nuts over it. The toppings were high quality (esp. the bacon pieces!). The beef was tender and perfectly cooked. The salmon was great too and she incorporated our suggestions/changes from the tasting for the sauce. Service was excellent. The only thing people complained about to me service-wise was that the servers would clear their plates/glasses every time they put them down. So lots of alcohol and food got cleared when people were not done, but I guess it's better that than to have dirty dishes stacking up everywhere! Courtney was on-site and served the groom and myself plates with a taste of everything as soon as we sat down, which I thought was very sweet. All in all, I would totally recommend Campbell's Catering for your wedding caterer. She and her staff delivered on the most important day in my life and provided our guests with a meal they were raving about. For the kind of food we got, the value was great!

It was a pleasure working with Courtny, she was friendly and easy to work with. The food was great. I'm still getting compliants 9 months later.

The food was fantastic. I opted for simple fajitas (I figured everyone likes fajitas) and they were delish, they even helped us come up with a vegetarian option. Campbell's helped me to develop a menu that suited the feel of our wedding. We had black bean empanadas, chicken quesadillas and tried the ceviche shooters -- everything was amazing. Courtney was amazing and very easy to work with while developing a menu. I used this caterer through my venue but would work directly with them in the future. Food was just perfect
