I have nothing but great things to say about Event Solutions and our coordinator Angie. We hired Event Solutions for the Day-of package but we received so much more of their time and expertise then just day-of. We originally met and signed a contract with another coordinator at Event Solutions but she had to move and Event Solutions did not skip a beat putting us in touch with our new coordinator and filling her in on all our details.
We (my husband and I) are not by nature planners or organized people. We wanted to have a fun, stress-free wedding day and we did due to all of Angie‚Äôs hard work. Her experience and patience with us was invaluable to us.
I recommend hiring a day-of coordinator and I definitely recommend it be Event Solutions.

We used Event Solutions for their full wedding planning services. They helped us finalize several of our vendors, kept us organized and on task during the months of planning and successfully executed an almost flawless wedding day.
Our original planner (Nicole) moved, for personal reasons, during the planning of our wedding. Event Solutions was completely professional and worked on a phased transition to the planner that would work with us through the remainder of our wedding, Jenika Gonzales. We were upset at first by the news because of the initial repore we built with Nicole, but by the the completion of our wedding we could not have been happier.
We would recommend Jenika and Event Solutions to anyone. We recieved many, many compliments from our vendors, priest, family and friends about her politeness, courteousness, respecfultness, and organization. We could not have pulled off the wedding that we had without her and her teams support.
If you are seriously considering a wedding planner, which I would highly suggest, then Event Solutions should definitely be on your list. They made our event an evening we could remember instead of stressing about how to get through it. Thank you Jenika and Team!
I will be upfront and honest about myself first, I had EVERY tendency toward becoming a bridezilla. My personality is very take charge and demanding and I tend to overdo things easily because I just won't stop. On top of that, I have worked as an event planner myself so I have some idea how it should go and that makes me even more opinionated. When we had our first meeting with Angie from Event Solutions I told her that I was not a bride that wanted to leave everything in her hands but that I also needed to be convinced that she could help me along the way and finish it in the end. After we had had a chance to visit for a while, talking about past experiences and what I hoped to create, I was convinced that she and I would work together famously. It seems that I was at least a fun bride to deal with which must have helped some because I sure as all get out couldn't have been an easy one. However, even though there were plenty of last minute hiccups and problems (there ALWAYS are in events) she proved herself to be more than capable of deciding which ones were fixable and which weren't and making things work so no one else knew that something had gone wrong. It was a wonderful event and I am so grateful to them. In my experience the best coordinators are not those who say that nothing ever goes wrong but the ones that are able to fix things when they DO go wrong so no one else is aware of it.
Edward and I are so grateful for Angie, we are sure that it would have been much more stressful without her and since she was there beside us I was able to have fun planning our wedding and leave most of the worrying to her. I just hope that she managed to have half as much fun as I did.
We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Fuentez of Event Solutions. We used her for the final month before our wedding. Prior to that, if we had any questions about ANYTHING we would email Ashley asking for suggestions and she was such a great help! She is very professional, calm, easy going, and extremely organized. Not a pushy or bossy person at all. Her and her team made sure that everything turned out perfect and I must say that it certainly did! Hiring Event Solutions was the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. Our planner was Ashley, and she was great from the first meeting at their cute office until the end when she made sure we had leftovers and cake ready in our getaway car. Ashley and her staff were very professional and made it seem like they weren't even there while handling everything on wedding day. I was a little worried at first about having a planner telling me what to do and getting in the way of fun at the wedding, but that was not AT ALL what it was like as she gives great advice when needed and keeps the wedding/reception running smoothly so that you or your mom don't have to worry about that stuff. My mom couldn't stop raving, "I'm so glad we have Ashley"! We definitely recommend any of the staff at Event Solutions!!

My mom and I were going back and forth about hiring a day-of coordinator. My sisters were married in 2008 and 2009, so my family was very familiar with the process and pretty much knew the majority of the vendors we were going with for this wedding. I am SO happy that we decided to get the Month-Of Package from Event Solutions! If you work full time you need to hire a wedding coordinator, there is just way too much to do the last six weeks not to have someone to take care of all the little details required in the wedding day logisitics. Event Solutions went above and beyond to make sure that my vision was perfectly executed and that the day went by as smoothly as possible. Nicole, my planner, kept me from having to sweat the small stuff. She was also an amazing resource from the start of the planning in just being there and offering advice and guidance throughout the entire process. I would also like to say that she kept me sane those last few weeks when I was busy with work and wedding stuff. My wedding day was very calm and went off flawlessly! On another note, if you aren't familiar with the location or vendors in the area or you work full time, I highly recommend getting a planner from the beginning. I've already told my husband that we are hiring a wedding planner if we have a daughter. Their expertise is incredible and they know the best vendors and tips of the trade that you can't find on some of the wedding websites (eg where to get the best artificial tan in Houston that won't get on your wedding dress).

When planning your wedding budget, remember to include a wedding planner. We were blessed to meet Nicole Macaluso, with Event Solutions. She listened to all the ideas and details that were important to my daughter and really understood our vision. Nicole had great ideas and connections with vendors in Houston. She was so organized and tuned into every detail. Event Solutions was flexible and gave us different service options. I highly recommend Nicole.
My husband (Austrian) and I got married twice... civil service in Austria and church service in Houston. We planned Austrian ceremony down to the last detail (with all the headaches and fun that entails), so I was really happy when my mom met the Event Solutions Crew at the houston bridal show.
Without the help of the angels at Event Solutions, the Houston wedding wouldn't have happened, or I would have had to fly home 6 months in advance to prepare it all. They were there with us from the beginning, and we booked them for 4 vendors. They were worth every penny! They helped us keep on our tight budget and kept finding ways to help keep the costs down. :)
Abbey (our "handler") was wonderful! She kept my mom on track and also let us make all the decisions without personal bias when it came to vendors. She was always there for us, even on her days off and answered every question we had, and appeased all the fears that come with such a big day.
Of course on the day of the wedding, with a backyard reception... we broke the Texas drought with 2 inches of pouring rain the night before and into the morning of. Abbey and the gang got people to squeegie out the lawn (didn't know that was possible), and were quick thinking in setting up a useable walkway with old stumps lying around the back yard. We had 2 people at the house including Ashley the owner, and Abbey and Nicole at the church with us.
The angels at Event Solutions helped us enjoy our day. They even set aside 10 minutes for my husband and I to get some food before our grand entrance, because otherwise there's no time to get your dinner yourself! They really thought of everything, and were a perfect fit for my family and us.

Nicole, Ashley, Abby & the whole team really made our wedding so perfect. We booked them about 1 1/2 before the wedding and they were so organized and with us the entire way. Nicole or Abby came with me to all my appointments and my 8 dress fittings. Event Solutions got me some of the best vendors in TX and that really made all the difference.
My parents cant stop talking about what a relief it was to have such an amazing team there on the day of the wedding to do so many last minute things as well as keeping everything to run so smoothly.
Many family and friends kept telling us, this was the most organized wedding they had been too.

Our wedding day was perfect, and it was largely thanks to Ashley & her Event Solutions Team. We booked Event Solutions for the full-service package, which seemed like a small price to pay because we hired her about 18 months before our desired wedding date. Out of all of our wedding expenses - this one was the most important and most useful! She is extremely organized and always available. Event Solutions helped us decide on vendors without being biased. They would meet with vendors for us, since most of the meetings needed to be M-Thurs during the day (we both work), and then meet with us at our convenience to let us know exactly how each meeting went & what our options were. From the start, we began to describe to Ashley & Nicole our "vision" of our wedding day. I'll never forget walking into the reception and being amazed at how stunning/beautiful everything looked. Ashley & her team helped us save a lot of time, money, and most importantly stress. She works with many of the wedding vendors in Houston, but does not push you to choose one or the other, and is always very professional. Because of Ashley's experience, she has a great grasp of how much things should cost & will let you know how much is appropriate for each budget item depending on what you have in mind. Nothing was missed at our wedding.. nothing went wrong. Every event was on time, and was even better than we imagined. Either Ashley or one of her staff was by our side every step of the way. They all have the minute by minute itinerary & two-way head sets. She answers emails, texts, and phone calls as soon as possible. At the end of our wedding, we were even a little sad that we would no longer be working with her and her Event Solutions team because we don't have another event on this grand of a scale. Ashley and her team will do everything they can to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. This was truly the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding.

This company planned my barn wedding. It was amazing! It was so beautiful and so much more than we could have ever dreamed it would be. They were always there for me day and night. My fiance and I won a $500 gift certificate to Event Solutions at a Bridal Extravaganza, which is why we decided to look in to them. We hadn't really thought about hiring a planner, but after talking to Ashley (the owner of the company) their services seemed too good to pass up!! We purchased a package that covered coordination for the month of our wedding. With our discount coupon, this service was $1300. Although I read all of the information in the contract, I had NO IDEA how much work the ladies at Event Solutions were actually going to do for us until it was all happening. The amount of money that we paid seems like a STEAL in retrospect!! Our coordinator Jaclyn was always available and kept me on top of all of the "spinning plates" required for planning a wedding. She even caught a HUGE mistake that was made by one of our vendors which enabled us to rectify the oversight long before the wedding. On the day of the wedding we had two ladies helping us at the church while two other Event Solutions staff were busy at the reception location coordinating all of our vendors, etc. When it was all said and done, all of our guests were raving about how smooth the wedding had been, and how much fun they had! I would attribute AT LEAST 75% of that to all of the help that my fiance and I received from Jaclyn and the other coordinators. If you are in the Houston area, hiring Event Solutions is one of the best investments you can make towards a perfect wedding - I promise!! :)
Event Solutions is fabulous! We used the full planning package, and I honestly feel they went beyond that. Not only did they stick to the budget we suggested, but they provided wonderful vendors, ideas, and even rentals. Ashley is determinded to give her clients the day of their dreams, and she definitely did that for us.
After hiring Event Solutions, I had to move to San Antonio. Ashley made it so easy to plan long distance, and I never felt a moment of stress throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, she and her team took care of EVERYTHING. My husband, our families, and our wedding party were completely relaxed and worry-free that day. We could not be happier with Ashley and Event Solutions, and we give them our highest reccommendation.
Event Solutions is the best! The ladies there, and especially Nicole, made my wedding perfect. I didn't even know what I wanted; I just knew I wanted a relaxed and whimsical feel, and Nicole made it happen. She had all these fabulous ideas I never even imagined. Before my wedding, people would tell me that I would be so stressed out on my wedding day, that the whole thing would be a blur. Well, they were all wrong. Because of Nicole, I was relaxed and happy, and I definitely rembember my wedding.
The girls at Event Solutions were beyond amazing! They were so professional throughout the entire process, but were also able to give me some really great, trendy wedding ideas. They made sure the day of my wedding was completely stress-free - I didn't have to worry about anything. Because of them, the rehearsal and wedding went very smoothly. They kept a tight schedule with all of the vendors, and made sure my husband and I were in the right place at the right time for all of the different events that occurred during the reception. Though my mom and I had most of our vendors/ideas worked out before we hired Event Solutions, they were able to give us ideas for fun little extras that added so much to the whole evening! The owner, Ashley, even kept her eye out for items that would work for my wedding while she was out shopping! (and she found some great things!) I couldn't imagine planning and hosting a wedding without Event Solutions. I know that I will be working with them again in the future!! (anniversary parties?!?)
