Fuel Catering

We used FUEL catering for a party my husband and I gave for our daughter and new son-in-law to celebrate their wedding. The party was held in our back yard around the pool, and we had approximately 40 guests (friends and family who had not been invited to the very small wedding). Everyone is still raving about the wonderful food, the delightful ambiance, and the professionalism of the service staff. The tables and yard were decorate exactly as we had described to our planner, Alissa. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged; the table and yard decorations were fun and colorful; and the food was not only served at the correct temperature, but also the presentation was amazing! When FUEL left, the kitchen and patio were clean! Our friends are still talking about what a wonderful party it was! I would highly recommend FUEL Catering and would definitely use them again.

Fuel Catering was absolutely amazing to work with. We were looking for an unusual wedding menu (fajitas and margaritas!) and they created a delicious menu to our specifications. All of the food tasted fabulous, looked fabulous, and the service was perfect. Alissa and Liz (fuel event planners) helped us put together a fantastic party and we didn't have to worry about any of the details once the party got started. I would highly recommend Fuel Catering to anyone planning a wedding. It was a great value and we are so happy that we got to work with them on our big day!
