Jessica and her staff are simply amazing! They are enthusiastic, professional, creative, and fun. They really listened to me, and went above and beyond what was expected to create the wedding of my dreams. On the wedding day, everything was beautiful and ran so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which allowed to just relax and enjoy the moment. I would highly recommend Green Lily to any bride. They're the best in Houston!

Ashleigh Scanlan is a wonderful person. She is a great wedding planner. We were referred to her from the venue we had chosen. We had to change venue and up wedding date because of personal issues. Ashleigh made all this very easy. She quickly did our budget and found that we could have a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception at The Four Seasons in 2 weeks. She worked very hard and made it happen. We had invites emailed, a harpist, a ice scuplture, programs, wine bottles with our picture for favor, gorgeous flowers, a superb officiant, and so much more. How she did it all in such little time I will never know. She helped us have the wedding of my dreams!!!

Green Lily Events were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Hiring Jessica Zapatero and Jill Scott was the best investment we made in the wedding! They were professional, responsive, friendly and attentive to details. I can honestly say that the only thing I had to worry about during the day of my wedding is the makeup for my 2 moms and for myself� other than that, Green Lily Events made it all happen!!I have no sense of design nor have any expertise in flowers. I only told Jessica the colors and contemporary theme I wanted, and she got the ball rolling from there. I completely trusted Jessica�s design expertise and honestly did not choose any of the flowers for the wedding nor did I help design the layout of the ceremony or reception d�cor. The only thing I did was signed off on their recommendations and EVERYTHING worked out beautifully!!! I received so many compliments from my wedding� with many guests saying that it is one of the best, or the best wedding they�ve attended! Jessica is very sweet, and she is also a firm and very good negotiator at the same time. I think the cost of hiring Green Lily Events was almost recouped from all the savings we got from her negotiations!!! Jill Scott joined GLE towards the latter part of the wedding planning. Since Jill was new, I was initially skeptical on how much Jill would contribute to my wedding planning� but I was really IMPRESSED with her work because she immediately took charge and did not miss any details!! Jill is definitely a go-getter and got things done in a timely manner, and was always keeping me abreast on the progress of the wedding planning. I think Jill has shown to be a tremendous asset to GLE in the short time I�ve worked with her!!!

We hired Green Lily for day-of services, and they were life savers! Jessica and her awesome crew went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely amazing. If anything went wrong, we certainly did not know about it. They helped make the day leading up to the ceremony so much more relaxed for my mother and me. During the reception, Jessica somehow herded our wedding party for the important events, made sure the sound guy paid attention to the groom's odd song requests during the band break, kept track of all of the bridesmaids' stuff, and kept our surprise sparkler exit a surprise! Thank you, Green Lily!!

I contacted Jessica within the last month of my daughter's wedding. This was a relatively large wedding with nearly 300 guests and a very large wedding party. I only wish I had met Jessica and her team the day my daughter got engaged! Outstanding services and personal touch. As soon as Jessica started working on our last month planning, I had absolutely no worries. She took care of every detail flawlessly and we just relaxed. She ran the church rehearsal, last minute details with the vendors, the reception along with the caterers (City Kitchen), found sparklers for a beautiful send off (a surprise to the bride) and even took care of arranging for the donation of the reception flowers to a nursing home. Since rain was in the forecast the day of the wedding, she bought 20 umbrellas to make sure that the guest would not get wet. Luckily, no rain came. We wanted to pay for the umbrellas but she would not take money for them. She was always prompt with calls, meetings, all services and every little detail. Green Lily Events and Jessica are real gems!

Green Lily Events did a fantastic job planning our wedding in a very short period of time. The staff is very knowledgable with local vendors and is skilled at making appropriate recommendations. Where I provided latitude in making aesthetic decisions, they nailed every choice.

Green Lily Events, the only eco event planner in Texas, helped plan my eco wedding. Having an eco wedding would not have been possible without the guidance, assistance and expertise I received from Jessica Zapatero and everyone at Green Lily Events. It is difficult to explain in words how grateful I am to Jessica and Green Lily for everything they have done. They are professional, courteous, honest, informative, organized and compassionate. After my initial consultation with Green Lily, we chose to use their services for part of the wedding and ended up changing our contract to include almost all the services they provide. Jessica met with us several times to go over every detail and even when above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. Using Green Lily EventÂ’s services was definitely the best decision we made in regards to the wedding. The knowledge and experience that Jessica has in environmentally conscious event planning is in a league of its own. No one else in Texas can offer the services that Green Lily provides. For example, recycling of paper, cardboard, plastic and glass almost never occurs at parties in Texas, but Green Lily Events offers an extensive recycling service in their packages. Parties produce a lot of waste and most wedding coordinators donÂ’t even think about the negative impact that takes on our environment, but with Green Lily, youÂ’ll feel at ease knowing that you are making a positive contribution. Green Lily also works with preferred vendors who have implemented environmentally conscious practices into their services, including a fabulous photographer and organic baker. Our cakes were absolutely beautiful and delicious and they were almost 100% organic! Their ability to access other green vendors will help make your celebration more eco-friendly. In addition, we were able to have an eco-friendly wedding without having to sacrifice style which was very important to me and my family, as well as Green Lily Events. Even two weeks after the wedding, we are still getting compliments on how beautiful every aspect of the wedding was and of course, on our fabulous coordinator Jessica Zapatero. Our wedding was absolutely top notch and gorgeous. Thanks Jessica!!!

There is absolutely no way I would have been able to manage my wedding day without the help of the coordinators at Green Lily Events. Jessica and Liz had my wedding day schedule down and made sure that everything went smoothly. We are very grateful that they were able to make our wedding day the day we had always imagined plus more.
