Lovely staff....wonderful service....great selection...and the most beautiful store I have ever seen!

My dress was perfect! It was beautiful and I had many, many compliments on it. I loved that this shop wasn't your below average "chain store" and that they had wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend getting your wedding dress here.

I first went to Davids Bridal and they were extremely rude to me, if you arent all dressed up and dont look like you have lots of money in your pocket they brush you off... And by doing so they lost a five thousand dollar sell and Impression Bridals gained it! These ladies are awesome! In fact if I ever need another gown again I will go back to texas just so I can deal with these ladies! They made me feel beautiful and helped me find what I was looking for and so much more. Thank you girls!!

I had a great experience buying my dress. The ladies are so nice and helpful. I purchased my dress from the Baybrook mall location and found the perfect dress for me and it was very affordable. I like the personal experience that you receive from them vs buying the dress at one of the big bridal stores.

They ask me what I wanted, and with just one hint the girl brought to me the most perfect and fabulous dress ever! I looked Fantastic!

I got my bridesmaids dresses here and they were beautiful! I thought they would have at least given a discount to the girls since there were 6 of them, but nothing. They are pricey, compared to other store as well. BUT they did work with me and was able to change the dress to change colors and fabrics to what I wanted. Overall good place.

I visited this salon recently and, initially, had a great experience. The gal I worked with (Sherrie) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did find THE dress and was so excited to find one that was a perfect fit right off the rack! Here's where the trouble begins... the dress was their floor model and in need of a few (minor) repairs. I am OK with that. I did some online research to verify I was getting a fair price. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I found over 18 sites to get the dress for around 50% less! Granted some were bogus sites, but at least 5 were genuine. The sales lady got the "Southeast Buyer's Rep" to talk with me about the price. At first, she said she would price match a genuine site. But, when we looked at the sites, she found an issue with all of them and said that every site out there was bogus! She said the best she could do was 15% off....FOR A FLOOR SAMPLE! This is the same deal I could get to order one brand new from them! There was no deal for buying a 6 year old model (although she went back and forth on whether it was 4, 5 or 6 year old design). And, the tag said "no orders" which tells me they can't order more anyway due to the age of the design. This Rep was extremely rude and obnoxious! I can't begin to tell you how many brides-to-be I saw walk in and right back out hearing her very loudly proclaiming she "was going to shutdown these sites right now" and proceeded to "contact" Nick (the "owner" of Impression Bridal) about doing so...right in the front of the store! She acted very angry that sites were out there selling their dresses cheaper. All of this while telling me about trying to buy her special boots that cost over $1000 per pair for less on a "bogus site". She even went so far as to tell me about a law that had been passed to ban stores from selling brands for more than 15% off MSRP due to damaging the brand by selling for less! She told me to look at a pending lawsuit "when I get home" about this issue. Funny thing...when I looked up the article she directed me to, it was the store suing the designer for trying to force price fixing, interfering with free market laws and the ability of a store to clear inventory or even have a sale to boost business in a very tough economy. If you like paying full price for a floor sample with visible damage...go here. If not, save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I might have even agreed to the price if this Rep had not been so rude!
