My husband worked with Lewis to design my engagement ring. It was beautiful and I was pleased until we returned to discuss my wedding band. The designer of my ring (Tacori) had a matching wedding band that I wanted to see before purchasing. They tried to talk me out of purchasing the ring since they didn't have it in the store, although they could have ordered it for me to try. We ended up using another jeweler for our wedding bands. When my e-ring was sent to Tacori for them to mold my wedding band, Tacori came back and said that my e-ring had to be re-shanked since the person (Lewis Jewelers) who sized it ruined the shank. Lewis Jewelers did reimburse us for the cost of the re-shank, but it was an exhausting experience. I have several friends who love them, and it's possible that my experience was the exception, but we won't go back to them.

We were very pleased with service we received. They were very patient, and the end I received a beautiful engagement ring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search for that perfect ring.
