I give Miss Kim an A+ for the amazing design and taste of my mother's birthday cake. She was very professional and friendly during our conversation about the cake and offered great ideas. All I wanted was a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and left the design in her hands. When my husband went to pick it up, he was in awe with how beautiful the cake turned out. She outside herself and took the design to the next level. The cake was the main hit at the party SNF tasted GREAT! I would recommend O Taste and See to all my friends and family and plan on working with Kim for many other events.

Best cake ever!! We ordered the amaretto cake for my daughter's wedding. My daughter and I had done 4 other cake tastings and consults trying to find someone that would do EXACTLY what we wanted... not what they THOUGHT we should do... and Kim was the one! When we told her what we wanted she said, "then I will make that happen"... and she did! It was absolutely beautiful and one of the best tasting cakes we've ever had. Can't say enough good things about her... highly recommend!

I called Kim on very short notice to make a customed birthday cake. My daughter was very specific on what she wanted for her 18th birthday cake. She wanted the number 18 with specific colors, designs and trim. I called and later went for a consultation. Kim was very professional while gathering all details of the order. Once my daughter and friends saw the cake, they were Amazed!!! My daughter is very meticulous, so she wanted everything to be perfect...and it was. The cakes were gorgeous and absolutely delicious!!! Kim was AWESOME and her cakes were even better!! She did our wedding cake and my husband’s cake. We did not even get a piece of the grooms cake because it was eaten so quickly! I am getting my husband a mini groom cake for his birthday! Kim is not only super helpful but also completely flexible! And her prices are AMAZING! Kim is the sweetest person ever , not only does she make beautiful cakes but they taste amazing by far the best cake place ! Weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and a retirement party are all the cakes we have ordered and never have I been disappointed nor have my guests intact they always ask for her number an sadly we never have any cake left ;)

Kim and the rest of the staff at O Taste and See Bakery are absolutely AMAZING! They did our wedding cake and it was PERFECT! I am a perfectionist and they exceeded my expectations. Kim was such a joy to work with!!! Brides are known for being picky and I was no exception. But Kim understood exactly what I wanted and wow-- she delivered an impossibly beautiful result!! I hate fondant, I think it tastes awful, so I requested a smooth buttercream. Everyone was amazed at the craftsmanship...they couldn't believe it wasn't fondant!! The flavor was absolutely out of this world. You simply cannot get a better cake artist for such a great value. I would recommend her to anyone!

Cake was delicious and came right on time. The base of the cake was aluminum, though, but all in all I enjoyed her company and her flexibility.

Kim is wonderful! Her cakes are so tasty and moist. I brought her picture of my cake and the grooms cake and she duplicated them exactly! The pricing is great! Kim makes great cakes for very reasonable. I think I ended up paying around $2.00/slice, which is un heard of. Thanks Kim, I still can't get over how great the cakes looked and tasted! Whitney

If I could I would give Kimberly of "O TASTE AND SEE BAKERY" a 10++! She was very communicative and funny. She definitely saw my vision for a 7 tier cake and made it happen. It was absolutely STUNNING, I got compliments all night on how gorgeous it was. ALSO, everyone raved on how good it tasted. We had chosen Red Velvet and it was just absolutely yummy, moist and flavored. She made the designs, taste and PRICE perfect. I almost didn't want to cut into it it was so beautiful but after I was fed a piece from my husband and he fed from me I was glad we did. PLEASE go with Kim, she's wonderful in EVERYTHING. You get beyond what you pay for and that's what we as brides want right?

OH MY GOODNESS!! Miss. Kimberly makes the most beautiful, delicious, AFFORDABLE wedding cake in the Houston area. She is an awesome lady to work with and will deliver exactly what you want! She can do with buttercream what some bakers only attempt with flavorless fondant... I will use her again and again for other special occasion cakes. ALSO- order yourself a dozen or more of the triple chocolate chip cookies- HEAVEN!

Since the first day I set up my wedding cake consultation, I have been back and forth to her bakery nonstop! Her prices are amazing for the amount of detail she puts into your cake. And if it's something she can't do, which is rare, she let's you right then and there. I recommend her to all my family and friends and anyone else who wants beautiful, quality cakes that are in budget.

I can not say enough amazing things about this bakery. She was amazing she saved my cake. The flowers for the cake never got delivered and she went and bought some from the store and fixed it on the way to my wedding. She went out of her way with suggestions and advice and made the cakes both look amazing. i would recommend her to everyone.

The cake was awesome. She did a beautiful job on my husband's bud lite cake. Everybody loved all the cake she made.

The cake was delicious! Kim was able to see what I wanted my cake to look like and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was it tasty but it was also inexpensive. When I booked the cake, Kim was starting to get into the business so her prices were low, around $1.50 per slice. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations. She even called me a few weeks after the wedding to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I just want to say that Kim did an AWESOME job on our grooms cake. It was a German Chocolate Darth Vader cake for my husband and let me tell you everyone enjoyed it;) It was flawless and actaully bigger than my cake. The price was very reasonable and out of all the cake vendors I went to to try and make this cake, she was the only one that was willing to do it:) My husband kept the Darth Vader face because he liked it so much. I will definitely recommend her for any character cakes:)

Kim was wonderful. Her personality is outstanding and you really feel that she cares about your cake. I was very picky about my baker because I wanted a cake that was pretty, tasted wonderful, and wasn't the downpayment on a new car. (I went through 18 tastings before discovering Kim.) I got all 3 with Kim. She was very flexible when I changed my mind from the traditional cake to the cupcake cake which my guests adored. They loved it. Her cake flavors are amazing. Her carrot is just heaven. :P So I had red velvet, carrot, lemon cupcakes, and mini banana puddings for my cake. (I wanted fruit ones because it was a throwback to the Victorian fruit cake.) My guests ate quite a few...many came back for seconds and took some home. I also had a mini cake to cut for the traditon of cake cutting as well as the charm cake tradition. My husbands cake was designed to look like the first Nintendo console with 2 controllers. It looked awesome. One of the kids tried to go push the button. It was cute though the controller did hold up to his fingers quite like he thought they would. :P She used homemade fondant which tasted good and the cake was heavenly. She was always responded right away and was so helpful in everything. In fact, I will miss going to her shop to talk to her and getting the delicious desserts to bring home to my family. :D She also did the cake for my grandmother's birthday which was the day after my wedding and she did the bread pudding for my grandfaters birthday. She is awesome. I will be using her again in the future and I hope others will too.
