I didn't want a big limo for my wedding day. My church is small and modest, and we didn't want anything flashy, so we chose a nice black suburban instead because I really just needed to get from the hotel to our church. The suburban was clean and looked great inside and out. The driver was on time, waiting for me, and the suburban was able to comfortably fit me, my MOH, my dad, one of the flower girls and two bridesmaids. He drove carefully through Saturday afternoon Galleria traffic and still got us to the church near downtown with plenty of time. Ike calmed my nerves while we waited inside the suburban for showtime by making a few jokes and offering us some bottled water. He even helped a couple of the groomsmen and my dad with their butonnierres and told guests who were parking in front of the church (no parking zone/fire lanes) that they needed to go around to the parking lot in the back!! Thank you Ike and Royal Carriages for your impeccable customer service! We couldn't be happier!

The service was great - they were quick to respond and were able to change our booked time at the last minute. Our driver was friendly and got us everywhere on time. The limo was in wonderful condition. The price was reasonable compared to other limo companies. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Royal Carriages!

Okay so i gave them 3 stars because 1. online reservations was impossible to use. Just call 2. after i got out of the limo there was black stuff all over my wedding dress from the limo seats. Yuck!!! other than that i was happy with them being there on time and knowing where to go.

My husband and I had a little money left over for transportation from the venue to the hotel and Royal Carriages was able to fit us in the week before our wedding date. The night of the wedding, we called the driver to see if he was able to pick us up a little earlier than expected and he was there within 15 minutes of our phone call. However, during the short ride from our venue to the hotel, the driver got lost, rolled down the partition and proceeded to rudely demand turn by turn directions. Talk about a buzz kill. Once we arrived at the hotel the driver seemed to be in a hurry to drop us off and be on his way (even though we had paid for his services for an hour and the ride took 30 minutes). It seemed more like a taxi ride, than a limo ride from our wedding.

We used Royal Carriages to rent a towncar for a wedding. We had a few dollars remaining from our wedding budget and rather than let a friend take us in their car, we thought we'd splurge on our remaining funds on a limo. Luckily, the price was right and the availability was there.

Our limousine did not show up at the church to pick up my husband and I after we got married. I called and the lady I spoke to was very rude and said that I called the day before and cancelled without giving a reason and that the girl who called just gave a first name not a last. Then the lady said she called my cell number, which wasn't my cell number, and confirmed the cancellation. And after arguing for several minutes she said it would be 20 mins total for a new limo to arrive. I called 15mins later and she said it'd be another 20-25 mins. It doesnt even take 15 mins to get to the church! I said forget it and have him come to the reception place at 1:25. He arrived extremely early in the wrong color limo and did not give us the red carpet promised in the contract. The lady said she would make a note about a partial refund but no one has bothered to contact me since. We did not get a service we paid for and they did not confirm a cancellation with me. The story sounded made up cause they ran out of cars and we were an hour late to a 2 1/2 hr reception. I called the number they said they called and there was no Shannon at that number so they lied. End of story. Even when i went in to the business they continued to argue with me and made me out to be the villain. Horrible service and no customer service!!! They are on the better business bureau so file your complaint with them also!

Our wedding day was nothing short of hectic as it so often is for anyone, however this company completely stepped up to the plate and took away all our worries about transportation. The car was beautiful, the chauffeur professional, they rolled out a red carpet for us as we came out of the church. I couldn't have been more thrilled. Thank you Royal Carriages for everything, we will definitely be using you again in the very near future.

We had a limo pick us up from our reception andtake us by our house and onto our hotel. The limo was very nice, and the driver was very friendly and responisve. He even arrived early for us when we wanted to leave a few minutes early. We had a great time.

They were very helpful and were able to meet our needs. We rented Three limos and all were clean with professional drivers. There was a slight mix uo, but after calling company, it was resolved within two minutes. They were able to meet location change request at the last minute and I would use them again. I had a wonderful experience!

Worst Experience I ever had with a limo company!!!!! They ruined my wedding night!!!!!! I had booked them for 10:30 to pick us up, they charged me an hour before (starting at 9:30 because the wedding was in Friendswood and it would take an hour to get there!) So 10:30 came around and the Limo was not there!!! All my guests were outside waiting. The people that ran the place I rented were getting mad at me because I did not book the place for overtime. I called the limo's main office and they contacted the driver. They then called me back and said the driver was 10 mins away. 20 mins past and he still was not there!!!!!!! My husband and I both called and started to complain because the place was going to charge us extra for the time. Finally 40 mins late the driver showed up!!!!!!!! Did not have a wedding sign, or red carpet like I paid for in the wedding package. The driver was very rude did not say a thing to us, then about a few miles after he drove us away he got a FLAT TIRE!!!!!!!! He pulled over and by that time we were furious. We called the office and they did not pick up!!!! The driver said they could get another Limo, but it would take an HOUR!! We had a 9:00 am flight to Maui the next morning and thank god one of our family members drove by and saw us and picked us up, or I wouldnt of had a wedding night at ALL!! I WOULD NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY AGAIN THE SERVICE AND DRIVER WERE AWFUL!!!!!!

The limo was set up perfectly and arrived promptly at the church. The driver rolled out a red carpet for us and took us exactly where we wanted to go. He picked us up later from the reception and dropped us off at the hotel. It was an almost perfect service. Our only problem was we specifically asked the driver if we had tipped him and he said no so we left $90. After checking our files we found out we had. However after complaining they refunded the tip without hassle and apologised profusedly for the driver. Maybe it was an honest mistake on the drivers part.

We booked an antique Royals Royce for our getaway car. It was beautiful and the chauffer had chilled champagne for us on our drive away. We couldnÂ’t have been happier with the car and the ease of booking with the company. We also had a license plate which said our name. We were a bit skeptical about the price for the length of drive. On the website, it says the price of the rental only includes a trip from A-B, which in our case was less than a mile. But the driver took us on a little trip around Houston before dropping us off so we could drink our champagne and enjoy the moment.

I'll get to the little things later, but what I hated the most about it (and maybe it was just my driver) was that he missed the turn off to my venue and KEPT ON GOING. He kept telling me that "the road is up here" and I kept arguing with him that "no, I know where I'm getting married, and that was the only road to get to it." First off, I didn't like that he didn't know where he was going. But I could've let that slide, cause anybody can get lost. But to argue with me about where it was and how to get there was completely unacceptable. He even continued driving about 5 blocks before he decided I was correct, and turned around. (All this is going on in Friday evening rush hour traffic, my sister is about to get carsick - he was a CRAZY driver, and I'm about to be late to meet my photographer.) The little things...He wanted to be paid UP FRONT. I didn't like that, cause who knows, he gets the money, drops us off to get our hair done, he could leave us there - it wouldn't matter, cause he already had the money...The other thing, there was no ice in the limo. I wasn't expecting sodas, or even water, but there wasn't even any ice. I guess you have to special request this?? All in all - I would not recommend, cause you never know if you'd get the same driver I got, and he was awful.
