Russell Catering

I used Russell Catering for my wedding, I had a buffet style dinner and they also made my bride/grooms cakes. The food and cake were wonderful. They provided great service during the planning of my wedding and during me reception. They are very reasonable for the quality and service they provide.

The lady at Dessert Connection was absolutely delightful, and very accommodating. We felt very at ease with her, and she went out of her way to help us and make us feel special.The cakes we sampled were great, and we were pleased with the design that she helped us put together.On the day, the cakes were delivered in a timely fashion to the right place. The groom's cake looked picture perfect. The bride's cake, unfortunately, was not quite the right color, and some of the decorations had not been done to the high standard we had hoped. Both cakes tasted wonderful even though one of them was disappointing in how it looked.We took up our complaint subsequently and Dessert Connection accepted full responsibility and gave us a refund. They also said that they would look to improve their communication process with their customers so that if any difficulties did arise in the future (such as a color discrepancy) it could be discussed immediately, rather than wait until the actual event.In spite of what happened, I would probably use Dessert Connection again.
