I, like many brides, was obsessed with watching say yes to the dress but unfortunately did not have the time or money to travel to NY and buy a dress. I visited several bridal shops and could not find anything close to the amazing dresses I saw on the show. While at a bridal show I came across the Winnie couture booth and loved the dresses plus the material was exceptional! I made an appointment the following weekend and was amazed at the quality, beauty, and the amazing customer service. Needless to say I purchased my dress that very day and had no problems. I received my custom dress in the time they said and I couldn't be happier with my dress and service. You will NOT find any other place with dresses this beautiful at a great price! I HIGHLY recommend it!

I was welcomed into Winnie Couture with such love, I didn’t get snobby stares and horrible attitudes like I have at other stores. You could see that the girls that work there actually love their job. They were also very knowledgeable, my stylist gave me a tour and explained everything so well that I didn’t even need to ask questions, I was pleasantly surprised. I tried on several gowns over and over and over I couldn’t seem to narrow it down, they were all amazing. My stylist had me point out what I least liked about each dress and she narrowed it down for me but then I was torn between 2 dresses I couldn’t decide. They were both very similar but one was a little more casual then the other. I couldn’t make up my mind that day so I walked out a little sad. The next day I wake up and just decide to go back and purchase them both. I loved them both so much that I had to have them. I just figured I’d wear the more casual one for my reception and the other to the ceremony. Not only did I walk out with purchasing the 2 dresses but I also found a beautiful veil, a nice pair of heels and some pretty amazing earring and necklace. Winnie Couture has everything for a bride. Don’t look elsewhere Winnie Couture is it, you’d be making a mistake if you don’t stop by and take a look.

I absolutely loved my dress! I saw it online and said "that's my dress!" I went in and tried it on, it was better than I expected. They have so many beautiful dresses. I definitely recommend Winnie Couture to all brides. Everyone still ask me where I got my dress, and my bestfriend wants me to save mine for when she gets married!! Thank you Winnie!!

Wedding dress was shopping was a fun magical experience, I went to several different bridal boutiques and they were all great but not as great as Winnie Couture. Winnie Couture is probably the most beautiful boutique I have been in, the décor is phenomenal. There are chandeliers and pretty colors of pink and gold that make it look glamorous. It’s absolutely breath taking. Now their dresses are even more glamorous, just stunning. I knew this was going to be the place. It was a beautiful location, their dresses are fabulous and my stylist was the sweetest. I had many dresses in my fitting room, it seemed like I had the entire boutique in there, I fell in love with almost all of them but I could only get one. It was definitely a hard decision, but my stylist was very helpful, she was 100% honest and told me if a dress didn’t look all that great on my figure. It made it a little easier by trying on my top 3 with heels and a veil so I could get a better feel and it worked. I knocked 2 out and found the one. The dress I picked is beyond beautiful, it’s definitely a princess dress and what I really loved is that I was able to customize it to make it more my own and unique. I literally found everything at Winnie Couture, from my dress, to shoes and a gorgeous veil.

I had a wonderful experience with Winnie Couture. I bought the perfect dress from their Houston store last year, a few days before Labor Day Weekend. They were having a 25% off EVERYTHING sale and honored that even though I was early. I saved a ton of money on a brand new design. Every gown in their store is gorgeous, which can actually be a bit overwhelming. I didn't think I'd be able to choose, but I ended up finding the perfect dress for me. The thing about Winnie Couture is that they don't have the same dresses you always see on your friends or in magazines. Their dresses are unique and you won't have the same dress as anyone else you know. I actually have not seen anything like my dress and got more compliments on it than anything else in my wedding. After purchasing the dress, it took less than two months for it to come in. They ordered my dress custom HtoH, meaning the length of the dress was custom made for me, plus my heel height. This was a great decision, and I recommend others do the same. I had a wonderful experience with Winnie Couture and have no complaints about their service, quality, and professionalism. Also, I really liked the alterations shop they send their customers to. They are quick and know what they are doing.

Winnie Couture had great quality and the best selection in a good price range in town... They were very helpful in the selection process.... They had fun with you and make the experience, being one of the most important ones very enjoyable. My daughter's dress was beyond beautiful we were very pleased.

I had just moved to Houston newly engaged, and my future sister in law mentions Winnie Couture, she said she drove by it a few times and that it seems like they would have really pretty dresses. So I call make an appointment and they were so sweet, gave me so much information that helped me out so much considering this was my first time looking for a wedding dress. I go for a fitting and the dresses weren’t pretty they were beautiful! I was so excited to start trying them on but I had to get a tour first which was lovely my stylist talked about the different collections and of course I loved every collection. I didn’t exactly know what I was looking for so I had a list of different styles I thought would work best for me. My stylist was so helpful that she helped narrow it down and even pulled some dresses I never thought would good on me but they looked great, showed my curves off nicely. I was in heaven at Winnie Couture, not only were their dresses amazing but so was the actual store. It was so gorgeous! It was super girly and the chandeliers were a prefect touch. Their customer service was excellent, they constantly offered us some water, kept my family involved with my appointment. I loved my experience at Winnie and I definitely love the gown I purchased, I’m so thankful for Winnie. I looked stunning at my wedding everyone kept saying how much they loved my dress. Thanks Winnie Couture!!!

I fell in love with the boutique in Houston. It is so beautiful inside and everyone was so patient with me. My dress was all I could have hoped for and I wish I could wear it again! Everyone was so professional and willing to see me on a moment's notice.

I had SO many compliments on my dress!! Thank you ladies, for the suggestions on customization. I had SO many compliments on my dress!! Everyone was remarking at the exquisite detail in the dress and commenting that they’d never seen anything so beautiful. I overheard things like “…she sparkled all the way down the aisle” and “…ohh, that was all done by hand.”

I can't go into how great Winnie Couture is. They had the most helpful staff for the entire process! They were able to give me a 20% discount because I paid in full which helped a lot. I also did the custom sizing, so my alterations were free. My complaint is not with Winnie Couture, but with the lady that they hire to do alterations. I had my alterations done and they looked great; however, I did not like how the bussle looked, so she was SUPPOSED to make some changes, but she never did! I got to my ceremony location and there were still safety pins in my dress! I would have noticed earlier, had Winnie had me try on the dress before I took it home, but they said they were too busy and it had fit so great the time I tried it on after alterations. I do not fault Winnie Couture with this. My dress still looked stunning and I got over it. My bridal consultant at Winnie Couture probably had me try on every dress. I think it was great how she had me do it. We would try one dress on. Then ttry the next one. Then decide between those two. I chose and we got rid of the other one. Then I would try on a new dress and then try on the dress from my "favorite" and then chose again. I think this helped becasue I didn't have 5 favorites. I only had 2. It was a lot easier to remember what 2 dresses looked like as I tried on dresses @ other salons.

Very helpful in helping me find my perfect dress. I got an amazing discount since I bought it on my first visit. Unfortunately, in the four months it took for the dress to come in, I lost 45 pounds so I had to get it altered drastically. I had it altered at John's Alterations nearby the salon, and they did such an amazing job! They did the entire dress in about 2 weeks and it was absolutely perfect!

I wish I could wear my dress everyday! I searched so many stores, and I either could not find something I liked, or it was way too expensive. Winnie Couture provided me with everything I was looking for. I could change the dress to my liking, color, shape, design...and the assistant was very helpful! I only wish I had more than one bussel(sp?) hook. It was constanly coming undone until it finally broke! But it was still what I wanted, and beautiful. You will not find this quality and differnt style for this price anywhere else!! Thanks!!

My dress was utter perfection. The only complaint I have about my experience was dealing with a sash that was all wrong when the dress came in. It was a bit of a hassle to get anyone to call me back. Messages were not returned and the manager seemed to be 'out of town' a lot when I called. They had to reorder the sash, but since no one actually called me and spoke to me about exactly what was wrong, the reordered sash came in wrong as well. I had to call and track down the sash, which I was supposed to be notified about when it came in. When I called the first time (a month later) it wasn't there yet. Next time I called, I was told that it "should" be there because there is a box of sashes that just arrived. No offer to go LOOK for the sash....just that it is probably there. So I went in and at this point, the manager was there and she talked to me about what I wanted. The sash was ordered a third time, and this time it was right. I agree with a previous reviewer that once you buy the dress, the customer service quality drops dramatically. When all was said and done, my dress looked amazing and I FELT amazing in it. Every single woman at the wedding was going gaga over the dress. It suited me and my body type so well!

I did find my perfect dress here it is the Hermettah Winnie Couture dress. Fell in love with it. Service was great at the beginning. If you are willing to work around that they have beautiful dresses.

After searching online through hundreds of wedding dresses, I knew that Winnie Couture dresses matched my style the best. I decided to get the "Katarina" style dress. I went during their 4th of July sale so I got it for 20% off, which was about $500 off. I went for my first meeting and had Laura as my consultant. Everything was great that day. I am 5' tall so I had them custom make the length from the start and also paid $180 for the bustle. Laura said it would take 3-6months for it to come in. If you go here, plan for 6months or wtv the longest length of time is. I understand that it is "hand-made" but it frustrated me not to have an update. Everytime I called, Laura was never available so I would leave her a message to return my call, and 90% of the time, she didn't. I had to call with a bad attitude to tell the receptionist to have Laura call me, otherwise, I wouldn't get a call back. Then when they called to tell me my dress was going to be in on Jan 2nd (which I had the day off of work) they tell me I couldn't go in to try it on until the Wed after because Laura is "off" every Mon & Tues. I tried to explain that I didn't want to take a day off of work and they insisted that she was the only one with my "folder." I was extremely upset and told them I was going that day and trying on my dress and didn't care who grabbed it from the back since I had only dealt with Laura in person once and didn't need her. Luckily for them, it came in early, right after Christmas, and I had the entire week off. I needed to take my bridal portraits so I went, tried it on and the only problem was that the bustle wasn't done correctly, but it would work for the pictures. Afterwards, I called and told them I needed them to fix the bustle since I paid for a "correct" one and the receptionist said they didn't cover that, so once again I was upset and it took Laura 2 weeks to return my call. Finally, I told her they were going to cover it and fix it with wtv alterations place and that I already paid $180 for it. I was pretty rude at that point, but it seems that by phone, that's the only way they respond. I took it in and they did have it fixed and I didn't pay. Everytime I went into the store, I had a good experience, but on the phone it was awful. My dress was absoltely perfect and I wouldn't change it for the world, but I just wish I had a better experience with the store. I feel pretty lucky that I didn't need any alterations, I'm pretty sure that would have been a mess as well. I would recommend the store for teh actual dresses, not necesarily for the staff.
