Third Floor Strings

Have you always dreamed of having live musicians performing at your wedding?  From romantic movies to Broadway, string instruments can evoke the most tender emotions in all of us.  For the couple that wants to add a special touch of sophistication to their ceremony, the beauty and elegance of string instruments makes a welcome addition.

Third Floor Strings is a Houston-based string ensemble that was formed in 2007. We provide professional service at an affordable price - with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for our clients.

We have an extensive repertoire list and have the expertise and flexibility to work closely with you to select just the right music for your event, large or small.  We can also provide custom musical arrangements if you have a “special song” you’d like to incorporate.

We have performed for weddings, corporate dinner parties, private receptions, holiday parties, and other special events.  Our members have performed live with BJ Thomas, Chaka Khan, Christopher Cross, Kansas, Kanye West, Ray Price, and Ricky Martin, and have been featured on studio recordings with local Texas artists.

If you are looking for a soloist, duet, trio or quartet, we can accommodate your needs – and provide you with that unique musical touch that will have people talking about your wedding or special event for years to come!
